Classroom Organisation

The school is organised into two mixed ability classes:

CLASS 1 Reception / Infants (Reception, Year 1, Year 2) KEY STAGE 1
CLASS 2 Juniors (Years 3 to 6) KEY STAGE 2

Class sizes are kept as small as possible, particularly for the youngest children.  Within classes, children are grouped according to their abilities in the core curriculum subjects.

School Calendar

Please refer to the current school calendar (2012/2013) (Appendix A).  A new one is sent in time for the new school year.  Details can also be found on the LEA website.

Inset Days 2012 - 2013

The school will be closed on the following days for staff training – Monday 3rd September 2012, Tuesday 4th September 2012, Monday 7th January 2013, Monday 22nd July 2013, Tuesday 23rd July 2013.
